Withdrawal Policy

Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.

Exercising the Right of Withdrawal
To exercise your right, inform us (Johann Wilhelm, Einfach traden, Ludwig-Erhard-Str. 18, c/o IP-Management #14523, 20459 Hamburg, Germany, email: contact@einfachtraden.com) through a clear statement, for example by letter or email. You may use the model form below, but it is not mandatory. You may also use the continuously available and highlighted "Withdraw from contract" function at https://einfachtraden.com/en/withdraw. After confirmation there, we immediately send you the content and the date and time of receipt on a durable medium. Sending the declaration before the deadline is sufficient.

Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw, we reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after receiving your declaration. We use the same means of payment used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise; you incur no fees for the reimbursement.

Early Performance and Proportionate Compensation
If you expressly requested that the continuous digital service begin during the withdrawal period, you must, upon withdrawal, pay a reasonable amount corresponding to the share of the service properly supplied before the withdrawal was received compared with the full contractual service. Compensation is due only if you were properly informed about your right of withdrawal and possible compensation before contracting and expressly requested early performance. For continuous services based on time, the proportion is calculated from actual activation using the agreed total price and its corresponding service period; if the total price is disproportionately high, the market value of the service supplied is used. No flat activation or processing fee is charged upon withdrawal. No such compensation is due for digital content not supplied on a tangible medium.

Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal for Services
For a continuous digital service, the fourteen-day right of withdrawal remains in place despite expressly requested activation within 24 hours. It does not end merely because access is activated or a guide or Discord invite is sent. For a paid service it can expire before the deadline only once the service has been fully performed and you expressly consented before performance and acknowledged that full performance would cause the right to expire. Initial activation does not constitute full performance of a continuous monthly or annual subscription. This rule applies equally to all paid subscriptions currently offered, including TMS-OCI.

Withdrawal and Termination Are Different
