Withdrawal Policy

Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.

Exercising the Right of Withdrawal
To exercise your right, inform us (Johann Wilhelm, Einfach traden, Ludwig-Erhard-Str. 18, c/o IP-Management #14523, 20459 Hamburg, Germany, email: contact@einfachtraden.com) through a clear statement, for example by letter or email. You may use the model form below, but it is not mandatory. You may also use the continuously available and highlighted "Withdraw from contract" function at https://einfachtraden.com/en/withdraw. After confirmation there, we immediately send you the content and the date and time of receipt on a durable medium. Sending the declaration before the deadline is sufficient.

Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw, we reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after receiving your declaration. We use the same means of payment used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise; you incur no fees for the reimbursement.

Early Performance and Proportionate Compensation
If you expressly requested that the continuous digital service begin during the withdrawal period, you must, upon withdrawal, pay a reasonable amount corresponding to the share of the service properly supplied before the withdrawal was received compared with the full contractual service. Compensation is due only if you were properly informed before contracting and expressly requested early performance. No such compensation is due for digital content not supplied on a tangible medium.

Activation Does Not Automatically Extinguish the Right
For the continuous subscriptions offered, the right of withdrawal for the service does not end merely because access or a licence is activated. For a paid service it can expire before the deadline only once the service has been fully performed and you expressly consented before performance and acknowledged that full performance would cause the right to expire. Separate conditions apply to non-tangible digital content; agreeing to early performance or possible compensation is not an acknowledgement that the right is lost.

Withdrawal and Termination Are Different
